Written Instructions
- Lay flat on your back with your legs fully extended out in front of you, have your arms palms down by your sides.
- Lift your legs slightly off the floor, keeping them straight.
- Brace your core, holding this position alone should be recruiting your core muscles.
- Begin by sliding the legs apart so they go wider than hip width apart.
- Bring them back toward the centre but cross one leg over the other so they get a greater range of motion.
- Take the legs apart again and as you bring them together for the 2nd time cross the other leg over.
- Your core should remain tight the whole time and your legs should remain straight as low to the floor as possible.
